Several methods can be used in order to apply the hair extensions properly. Our preferred methods include Keratin bond, Keratin Bonded, Shrinkies, tape and weft and the Micro Bead System which is extremely popular both here on the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane, Byron Bay and Sydney as it non damaging. Providing the Hair extensions are applied and removed by a qualified hair extensionist and our after care instructions are followed, then Hair extensions should not damage your hair.

When are hair Extensions not recommended?

Hair Extensions are not recommended to anyone suffering from alopecia, psoriasis or any other scalp disorder.

How long Will My Hair Extensions Last?

Due to the normal growth rate of natural hair, Hair extensions should be removed after 6 months. However this will vary from person to person depending on your hair type. you can remove and replace new hair extensions on the same day.

Can my Hair Extensions be cut and styled as normal?

Cut: your Hair extensions can be cut and shaped to blend in with your natural hair.
Styled: your Elite hair extensions are best when styled using blow driers, straighteners, curling tongs or rollers.

How often can I wash my Hair Extensions?

To maintain the lasting good look, we recommend you wash your hair extensions at least two times a week, (refer to the Connect after care instructions).

Can I colour my re-growth?

Permanent hair colours are only recommended when colouring your re-growth. But we do not recommend combing the colour through to the ends.
